- **Cancellation Policy** To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. **Full Refund**: Cancellations made **24 hours or more** before your reserved charging time will receive a full refund. 2. **Partial Refund**: Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** but at least **2 hours** before your reserved charging time will receive a **50% refund**. 3. **No Refund**: Cancellations made **less than 4 hours** before your reserved charging time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. 4. **Emergency Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes based on availability. This policy helps keep the charger available for those who need it while respecting everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding!
